Wednesday’s professional development session will feature three presenters each presenting for 15 – 20-minutes on a specific topic. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session. Included with registration is access to a PDF workbook that will include helpful resources and templates shared by each presenter, and a recording of that day’s session.

Keeping an up-to-date resume and bio on file is a must for artists and makers. In this workshop we’ll cover the basics of writing a resume and bio, and attendees will leave with an outline of how to build, maintain, and utilize these resources for applications and various opportunities. No writing experience necessary!
•Editing Photographs, Photo Sizing and Communication with Mercedes Jelinek
Mercedes will discuss photographing your work for publications, applications, and social media accounts. The information given will include lighting and camera tips as well as editing and archiving suggestions.
