Meg Miles is a New Orleans native who joined YAYA as Executive Director in August 2016. Prior to moving home, Meg spent ten years working in the arts and culture sector in New York. Most recently, she oversaw fundraising as the Director of Partnerships & Development at Creative Capital, an organization that provides grants, counsel, and advisory services to groundbreaking artists working in all disciplines nationwide. She has also been the Program Coordinator at Open House New York, Gallery Manger at Morgan Lehman Gallery, and an educator at the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum. Meg holds a BA in Art History from Oberlin College, where she was also an educator and researcher at the Allen Memorial Art Museum.
