Thomas has been involved with furniture design and woodworking for 45 years. His first instructor was a 5th generation German craftsman working in the traditional European manner. He then studied with Mr. Jere Osgood at the Boston University Program in Artisanry. and later received his masters at the Domus Academy in Milan Italy. Since 1990 he has been supporting himself in the shop located in Hoboken NJ. Recently teaching furniture design part-time at the New York School of Interior Design.
