Robell Awake

Robell Awake is a carpenter and woodworker in Atlanta, GA. He got his start working in construction, where he developed a serious interest in design and craft. This led him to apprentice with a local furniture maker and attend a hand-tool course at the North Bennet St. School. Robell taught and made furniture out of Mass Collective, a community-based makerspace in Atlanta, and most recently, was a lead carpenter at Habitat for Humanity, where he led the construction of affordable homes.
