Judy Davids

Judy Davids is the Community Engagement Specialist for the City of Royal Oak, where she connects residents through storytelling, art, and shared experiences. A passionate collector of mid-century modern furniture, Judy began building woodworking projects in a home garage shop before expanding her skills through furniture building and upholstery classes at SBWI in 2025. Her time at the institute strengthened her technical abilities and creative confidence, inspiring her to design more complex pieces while continuing to celebrate craftsmanship and community.
