Objects: USA 2024 Virtual Tour: The Furniture

James Zemaitis, Direc­tor of Museum Rela­tions at R & Company, will tour the galleries of the land­mark Amer­i­can design and craft trien­nial Objects:USA 2024, with a special empha­sis on furni­ture. Curated by Angelik Vizcar­rondo-Laboy and Kellie Riggs, the exhi­bi­tion employs a fresh concep­tual frame­work that empha­sises artis­tic moti­va­tions and estab­lishes a new set of artis­tic arche­types: the Seven Arche­types of Object­hood. Furni­ture and wood­work by Nik Gelormino, James Johnson, Trey Jones, Minjae Kim, Joyce Lin, Luam Melake, Kim Mupangi­lai, Vincent Pocsik, Katie Stout and Norman Teague.
