Live Sketching w/ Joshua Enck

Join us for a virtual sketch­ing work­shop led by sculp­tor, educa­tor, and FS board member Joshua Enck. Take some time before the new year to fill your sketch­book with new ideas!

In prepa­ra­tion for this work­shop, please take a few moments to sketch a piece of furni­ture which lights up a room. This can liter­ally be some­thing like a light, lamp, or chan­de­lier or it can be a piece of furni­ture in a room which brings you joy. 

Use any mate­ri­als you like (pencil, pen, char­coal, colored pencil, etc.) Sketch­ing is a great way to grow our under­stand­ing and appre­ci­a­tion of furni­ture, and it is a wonder­ful way to expand the possi­bil­i­ties of what we can design and make.
