Cynthia Main

Cynthia Main is a multidisciplinary maker and the founder of Sunhouse Craft; a craft house in Berea, Kentucky focusing on traditional craft techniques to make durable goods for the home. Cynthia's focus on traditional craft (and brooms, a lot of brooms!) came after years spent working as a woodworker, metal fabricator, carpenter and farmer. One of the current drivers in a modern broom making renaissance, she often teaches and shares her enthusiasm for traditional making, and non-electric and green wood processes.
