Cole Dowdell

Hi! I am a Wood­work­ing & Furni­ture Design major in my junior year at the Maine College of Art & Design. You will see a stark contrast in my port­fo­lio, between tech­ni­cal and eccen­tric furni­ture. Through­out my time at MECA&D I have been strug­gling between these two styles, and continue to develop ways in which they can work together. Ulti­mately, I am drawn to refined, func­tional pieces with a humor­ous edge, and wish for my work to bring joy to the viewer.
