Shaker Side Table
Cherry, Poplar, Danish Oil Finish / 2021 23.5L X 16D X 27.75H inchesThis cherry side table was inspired by Shaker forms. The photo features the half-blind hand-cut dovetails on the front of the drawer. The drawer is made with poplar and is constructed using hand-cut dovetails.

Steel Ladle
Steel, Oil / 2022 17L X 3.5W X 3.5D inchesThe handle was hand-forged from 3/8th round stock and riveted to a bowl formed from 16-gauge sheet metal. A mineral oil finish was applied for a food-safe finish.

White Oak, Shaker Tape, Linseed Oil, Beeswax / 2022 17.75W X 33.5H X 18D inchesThis two-slat post-and-rung chair is a direct reproduction of the “JA” chair designed by Jennie Alexander.

Pewter Serving Set
Pewter, Patina / 2022 11.5L X 3W X 3/8D inchesThe spoon handles were cast from a silicone mold I made of a piece of 3/8th steel rod that I forged and then overlaid with netting. The spoons were created out of pewter sheet and the pair were soldered together.

Scalloped Edge Dust Pan and Brush Set
Steel, Patina, Copper/Walnut, Natural Tampico Fibers, Varnish / 2022 10.25L X 8.25D X 3.5H inches/6L X 5H X 0.875W inchesThe dust pan was cold-formed from 16-gauge sheet metal using a hammer and an anvil. A leather strap can be threaded through the rivet for hanging, if desired. The brush mirrors the scalloped edges of the dust pan and is chamfered for comfort.

Steel, Patina, Acrylic Paint / 2023 24L X 12W X 6H inchesThis piece was inspired by the stretching of animal hides. I shaped the steel bowl to fold, drape, and look taut at certain places, to give the illusion of it being a fabric-like material.

I Wanted to be Soft Like Butter
Steel, Black Palm Wood, Leather, Sterling Silver / 2021 Knife 12.5L X 1.75H X 1W inches; Blade 9 inches; Chain 19 inchesThe blade was forged by hand and with a power hammer. Six holes were punched and drifted on the blade and one on the tang, all adorned with stainless steel rings. A 19 inch chain was attached to the ring on the handle, hand-formed in sterling silver.

Rocking Chair
Wood, Acrylic, Brass, Milk Paint, Varnish / 2024 24.75H X 26.25W X 18.25D inchesThe legs of this rocking chair are coopered, with two through staves on the bottom and one on the back of the seat. Pink and orange acrylic is fastened to each leg of the chair by brass screws.
