Lead Furniture Maker Studio Mobler

Studio Mobler is a custom furni­ture and mill­work shop based in Wheat Ridge, build­ing high-end work for office, hospi­tal­ity, and resi­den­tial clients. We’re looking for a lead furni­ture maker to join our team. This is a senior level role for someone who brings strong tech­ni­cal skills, the ability to think crit­i­cally through builds, and who takes owner­ship of work from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years as a profes­sional fabri­ca­tor in a furniture shop

Able to inde­pen­dently execute complex builds — from solid wood to case­work to mixed-material pieces

Metal working knowl­edge a plus —but not required

Skilled in machine setup/​maintenance, shop flow, and material handling

CNC expe­ri­ence a plus — but not required

Confi­dent inter­pret­ing draw­ings, trou­bleshoot­ing issues with the team, and asking the right questions

Expe­ri­ence mentor­ing junior fabri­ca­tors is a big plus

Degree or formal train­ing in wood­work­ing is a bonus — but not required

Rhino 3D skills a big plus
