Homo Faber Fellowship
The Fellowship is an annual eight-month international sponsored craft training programme designed for duos of established artisans and emerging talents. It includes a month-long creative and entrepreneurial masterclass, a six-month sponsored placement in the workshop of an established artisan resulting in a co-created object, and a showcase at an international exhibition.

Applications for the Homo Faber Fellowship 2027/28 are open from 2 November 2026 to 27 January 2027.
Fellows may be based anywhere in the world, but their placement must take place with an eligible established artisan in Europe, Canada or the United States. Applicants must form a duo with an established artisan before applying.
