Lin Tyrpien

Founder and Creative Director

Lyle Gallery

Lin Tyrpien

Lin Tyrpien is the co-founder and artistic director of Lyle, a New York–based gallery and creative platform dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices across art and design—with a strong focus on women and nonbinary creatives. Through bold curation and cross-disciplinary collaboration, Lyle celebrates emerging artists, designers, and cultural visionaries shaping the future of creative culture. As a queer women-owned space, this perspective is central to everything Lyle does—from its exhibitions and partnerships to the stories it shares.

Lin’s career spans exhibition design, brand storytelling, and creative direction, with past roles at Ralph Lauren, Christie’s, IDEO, and several early-stage startups. Her work with Lyle Gallery has been featured in Marie Claire, Sight Unseen, and Hyperallergic.

She holds a degree in Visual Presentation and Exhibition Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and through Lyle, is reimagining what a gallery can be—blending physical space with media, community, and experimentation.
