Mackenzie Langton is a furniture maker based out of Hamilton, Ontario and a recent graduate of the Craft and Design Furniture program at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
The Pointe-Aux-Pins is a series of Folk furniture inspired by the cabin that designer and maker, Mackenzie Langton’s Grandparents built in Northern Ontario in 1969. Each piece is designed as an homage to the rituals and memories associated with space, place and family and expands upon the expressive tradition of decorative woodworking.
