Cat Emil
Catherine Emil is a designer, woodworker, and educator living & working in northern Vermont. After completing the Immersion Program at Vermont Woodworking School, she co-founded Towards Nightfall, a furniture company that builds contemporary, high-quality custom furniture for both residential and commercial clients. In addition to running Towards Nightfall, she is also the Director of the Vermont Woodworking School. At VWS, Catherine directs the school's day-to-day operations, provides strategic planning oversight, and fosters the organization's partnerships. She is dedicated to ensuring that all students get a top-notch education and leave school with a love of woodworking.
