Personnel Management
Wednesday, March 13, 2024 / 7 – 8:30pm EDT
Working with others is multifaceted if you have one employee or a large team. Learn how to develop organization charts and job descriptions that align with the job at hand. This program will cover the hiring and onboarding process, using systems to create consistency and clarity. We will discuss personnel management and how to develop a positive shop culture. Shops are just rooms full of machines and tools; it’s the people who dedicate themselves to those spaces that are the real magic, so now let’s focus on them!
Our special guest, Mick Hondlik from The Parsons Making Center, will join us. During this program, Mick will share his philosophy on leadership and how to build a team to do the job!
