The Elevator Pitch
What Sets You and Your Work Apart From Others and How to Talk About It
Wednesday, April 10, 2024 / 7 – 8:30pm EDT
If you had two minutes to tell someone something about you and your work, what would you say?
Join us as we share lessons on how to talk about yourself as a maker, how to speak about your work, and how to create a great elevator pitch. This will be beneficial whether you’re captivating visitors at a craft fair, mingling with your peers at a conference, or approaching a gallery about exhibiting your work. At the end of this session, you’ll be able to comprehensively explain why you make what you make, how to articulate what inspires your art, and what sets you apart from others in the field.
