Sapwood Grants- Sapwood is where things begin.
For student makers who are exper­i­ment­ing, discov­er­ing, and build­ing their practice.

Three students will receive $250 each cycle to support the work they’re making. Use it for mate­ri­als, a work­shop, travel, or what­ever helps move your practice forward.

Heart­wood Grants — Heart­wood is what gives a tree its strength.
For profes­sional makers and design­ers growing an estab­lished prac­tice and taking on what’s next.

Two profes­sion­als will receive $1,000 each cycle to support their creative work and the ideas they’re bring­ing to life.

Three cycles. Five grants each cycle. Plenty of reasons to get making.
