John Maritsas

Ioannis Marit­sas inter­ests in wood working began in New Milford High School wood shop and also worked in his uncles wood shop since 2010. He is also a self taught sculp­tor who makes figu­ra­tive and abstract sculp­tures . His tech­niques try to combine form and func­tion and are influ­enced by Greco Roman art. Currently in foun­da­tions two at Vermont Woodworking school.
