The Furniture Society (TFS) is looking for a driven, creative, and organized thinker to join our communications team. This is a great learning opportunity for anyone willing to help enhance and elevate our brand, create and share content, all while building their own marketing skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create stories, reels, written, graphic, and video content to be shared on multiple social media platforms
- Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
- Elevate TFS’ presence and brand on Instagram and Facebook
- Help develop strategies for capturing target audience and increase current community engagement.
- Assist with social media analytics and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, driven, and self-motivated.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Monthly meetings with staff and members of communications team
Job Type:
Remote, part-time, flexible hours, 1‑year position/internship.
Pay:
$15/hour

Schedule:
Post 3X per week averaging 2 – 4 hours per week to create content
Experience:
Experience navigating a variety of social media platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, X, Tik Tok, and Canva.
Ability to write text, edit text and photos, and create videos and reels.
Demonstrated experience helping to build a brand for an individual, a company, or other organization.
