Asymmetrical Coffee Table: A light and minimal coffee table, the design was driven by the desire to work in harmony with the unique character of the wood. The Bookmatched top displays the striking spalting and color gradations, and the forked shape was informed by the natural crotch of the tree. The long rails of the base are laminated to follow the outside curves of the top and skew the legs out to compliment the fanned end. The curves of the legs work in accord with the woods grain. Texas Cedar Elm, Liberon Oil Finish.

Entry / Departure Bench: A small bench to rest on while putting on, or removing shoes and socks. The seat has a concave curve that is unobtrusive, and pleasantly rounded corners that invite touch. A shallow shelf is beneath you for storage. The curves of the aprons and stretchers compliment the seat and create interesting negative spaces when viewed from across the room. Texas Sycamore, Rosewood Wedges, Finished with Liberon Oil.
